The Poster Session will be held in person in the lobby on the 3rd floor of BEXCO Exhibition Center 2. The on-site participant needs not to submit the video file.
Only online presenters should upload their video files (2-3 minutes) through the system

How to prepare your poster?
For only on-site presenter: Please prepare your poster – A0 (84 cm X 118 cm) portrait format as follows:
- The display panel size is about 1m wide and 2m high and the panel will be arranged in the lobby on the 3rd floor.
- The supplies (glue, tape, and others) for mounting will be provided during the poster sessions.
- The poster is recommended to be the A0 (84 cm X 118 cm) portrait format. The presenter should use an appropriate font size for the posters so that they are readable by the attendees. The poster must be printed beforehand and brought along to the conference by the presenter.
- Authors should stand by their poster panels numbered to answer questions during the whole presentation time. A few anonymous examiners will evaluate each poster and interaction about 3 minutes.
- The poster should be posted on the board from 10:30 to 17:30 on the day. And you have to check the presentation time through the session code.

How to prepare your short introductory video file?
For only online presenter: We will use the platform with Zoom for the online poster session. Online presenters should enter the online poster session and present based on pre-recorded videos or live for 3 minutes.
Please prepare a short (2~3 min) video file that briefly introduce your contribution. You may use your own poster or make a few pages of slides for the video. The detailed format of the video can be found in Guidelines for Oral Session. If you upload the video file, then we will post your video on the Online Program Book so that people can access your video any time during the conference. Please upload your video file (2-3 min) through the system
